I’m sure you know bagged popcorn. For those who don’t: Prepared popcorn, with sugar or salt, bagged in plastic. You can buy it in most supermarkets and it tastes more or less good. Some brands adhere to the teeth extremely, others are not sweet enough – but actually it’s never comparable with cinema popcorn.
However bagged popcorn has a big mystery: It’s mostly ball-shaped. When you make popcorn yourself or buy it at the cinema, the popped maize kernels are shaped variably – logical, as the maize pops uncontrolled in all directions. But in popcorn bogs from the supermarket nearly all maize kernels have the same shape. They all seem to pop wonderfully round like ball and absolutely consistent out of the kernel. What’s the reason for that?

Nachtboard-Boss Drasco told me that Google is bustling again. You can see that on my new domain’s pagerank, www.angis-nagerwelt.de, which experiences the first PR update and gets in on PR 3. I’m really glad about that!
Furthermore the green pagerank check button in my sidebar finally displays 4 again. The battle is fought, the war is won!

I have seen the campaign “Win your Blog-Shirts” on several blogs and now I finally found the time to have a closer look on it. Sounds good: Set a trackback and win a shirt. Well, by now lots of people took part, what doesn’t increase the odds, but who cares. To be game is everything ;)

The whole thing is a marketing campaign by Source Werbeartikel, a company that produces promotion articles. You can choose all sorts of things from a large assortment, let it imprint with your own company logo and give them out as advertising gifts.

Sorry, but this post is not available in English

You all had to wait for it a shameful long time, but now I finally really finished the graphics for my Super Pet Award 2007 and proudly present it to Nemo and Frank!

I wish a happy new year to all of you!
