Coming Soon!
A few days ago I got my new Wii game. Wii Play is sold with a Wii Remote and costs about 50 Euros. It’s a game collection containing nine mini games. The most I like the cow race, here you have to tilt the remote forward and sidewards to control the cow, the fishing game and the shooter. You can watch a few games in this video:
In particular you can see there: The cow race, the shooter and the Mii posing game, here you have to bring the Miis to the same pose like on the screen and thereby to burst the bubbles.
Beside these three games there is Mii swarm (search game), table tennis, laser hockey, billiards, fishing and a little tank game. All in all a funny game collection! The game is currently reduced by 5 Euros on Amazon – so don’t hesitate and get Wii Play (mit Wii Remote)!

Since a few days I mainly stay on the couch in front of the TV. The reason: I have got a Wii now! Instead of a new mobile, I got a Wii with my new mobile contract, because I like my mobile and don’t want to have a new one. So Tom and me found a new activity since just a week: Wii Sports. The game is supplied with the console and contains five sports: Tennis, baseball, bowling, golf and boxing. The game is controlled with the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk, a Wii specific controller with joystick and trigger key – probably for shoot-’em-ups or the like.
Specific about Wii are the controls. A control bar transfers all moves the user makes with his or her Wii Remote to the console. With Wii Sports you can try out these controls marvellously: Especially in tennis, baseball and golf the moves are very realistic.
Playing Wii is really a lot of fun and so it’s no wonder that Wii is not only head and shoulders better than Playstation 3, but it’s even world market leader on the console market. Apart from the common console functions the Wii disposes of an internet access, either by LAN or WLAN. Beside gimmicks like a weather and news channel you can download game classics like Marioland from the shop channel. The downloaded games are paid with so-called Wii Points, which you can buy per credit card or in trade. A Nintendo64 game for example costs 1000 Points, converted that’s 10 Euros.
As many other Wii Fans I’m now waiting for the complete integration of the Nintendo VIP Club in the Wii shop account. As already announced in several Nintendo newsletters it will soon be possible to buy Wii Points with the stars collected in Nintendo VIP Club. You get stars in the form of codes with each Nintendo game and console you buy. According to Nintendo you will get one Wii Point for four stars.
And if you’d also like to have a Wii, why don’t you buy it right now on Amazon: Nintendo Wii Konsole – Wii Sports Bundle white

I got the game Pokémon Mystery Dungeon for my Birthday. Now I played through it, and that’s why now It’s time for a short review.
The player fills the role of a Pokémon. To decide which Pokémon you are, you have to answer a few questions. Then you can choose your partner Pokémon. I am Pikachu, my partner is Charmander.
At the beginning you wake up in a forest where a Pokémon badly needs help. You and your partner must go to the rescue. After that your partner tells you that he always wanted to found a Pokémon rescue team. A word and a blow, from now on you’re going to save Pokémon at need with your partner. At one go you try to find out why you changed into a Pokémon.
The degree of difficulty in my opinion is clearly lower than in previous Pokémon games and playing through goes faster. I finished it within a few days. The biggest difference between Pokémon Version red/blue etc. is that you’re playing a Pokémon, the second biggest difference is that the fights take place in the normal course of the game, no longer on the well-known battle monitor. However they’re still turn-based.
Playing the game at least is a great fun. Even an awesome function are the SOS letters which you can post off when you’ve been beaten in a dungeon. Via Wi-Fi Connection or password then you can make somebody recovering you. You can post SOS-letters here and get help very fast.

My second Wirecard order has arrived and I think I will tell you about my new favourite game.
The game costs about 20 Euros and my expectance was something like “well, might be quite funny”. But the game is more than that! It’s amazingly funny. Laughing my ass off! You control Spongie with the touchpen, that means you sort of push him with it. When you want him to jump you have to pull him up, if you want him to stop, pull him down. You can collect items and destroy things and lame enemies, all with the touchpen.
In this game you have to achieve a certain mission in each level. For example as Spongie you have to search your driving license and parts you need for building a Hot Rod, in which you will contest a race. You can be Spongebob, Patrick or Plankton, but the levels preset whom you play.
Graphics are just Nintendo DS. Nice colourful and kitschy. I think this game is also a good game for kids, ’cause it’s funny and trains fine motor skills. Sometimes you have to react very fast, anyway the character drops into an abyss or something.
Surely I will run through it in a few days, compared to good old Marioland 2 for Gameboy it is not very difficult. But it’s a very funny entertainment, and as I already said suitable for kids, so it even mustn’t be so difficult that you despair of it. (I remember one day when I threw my Gameboy against the wall ’cause I just couldn’t get ahead with Marioland 2… )
Upshot: I am and will always be a Nintendo fan, and this game proves I’m right. No, the whole Nintendo DS proves I’m right, because that touchscreen thing is just ingenious. I will never ever buy a PS or PSP… Nintendo rulezz! And once again, thank you trnd and Wirecard!

Get SpongeBob Schwammkopf – Kreatur aus der krossen Krabbe on Amazon!
The last time I often saw wishlist buttons on miscellaneous homepages. They mostly represent an amazon wishlist on which you can name what you wish for. Very convenient I think, on birthdays etc. you simply have to refer to your list. So I also compiled a wishlist now, due to current events singly composed of DS games. Visitors welcome at any time!

My recent toy is a Nintendo DS Lite, which I was able to purchase second-hand, but barely used and at a bargain price from a friend. I also got a game, namely Dr. Kawashimas brain trainer.
Initially today I was shocked when I recognized that my brain is 80 (!) years old. Okay, perhaps it was due to the DS often not understanding what I said… but to tell the truth, I was not so good at mental arithmetic as well.
However, the DS is really amazing… it has got a micro and some games are working with voice entry, and the touchpad is ingenious in any event. And the very best is: It`s pink!
